David Nichtern, founder of Dharma Moon, a popular mindfulness education platform in New York, will host a mindful retreat in Kamakura, the birthplace of Japan's zazen culture, with special guest Larry Mermelstein, Executive Director of the Nalanda Translation Committee.

In the mindful city of Kamakura, we will restore our natural self-confidence, natural vitality, and kindness to others through a traditional Tibetan practice called "Lungta" (Windhorse).
