A warrior is someone who can meet the uncertainty and fear that arise in life with steadiness and openness.

In this retreat, we spend unhurried time in meditation, surrounded by nature, touching the ground of Basic Goodness and cultivating Fearlessness—the capacity to see reality without being overtaken by fear. Over four days, together with David, we deepen a grounded, honest relationship with meditation and with our own minds.

Capacity

This retreat is limited to 30 participants.
Due to the nature of the program, registration is on a first-come basis.
Once capacity is reached, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

Travel

The venue, Morinotsumi, is located in the Kaga Onsen area of Ishikawa Prefecture.
The nearest station is JR Kagaonsen Station, approximately a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue.

By Shinkansen (from Tokyo)
Direct Hokuriku Shinkansen service is available to Kagaonsen Station.
Travel time from Tokyo Station is approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes.

Nearest Airport
Komatsu Airport (KMQ) is the nearest airport to the venue.
The airport is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from Morinotsumi.
Scheduled flights to Komatsu are most commonly available from Haneda Airport (HND).

Detailed travel information will be shared with registered participants prior to the retreat.

  • Prices are shown in USD for reference; all payments are processed in Japanese yen (JPY).

  • U.S. passport holders do not require a visa for short-term stays in Japan.
