The Four Dignities

Awaken Your Innate Nobility

The key to experiencing our innate goodness—what Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche called "Basic Goodness"—lies within the Four Dignities. Originally drawn from ancient Tibetan symbolism representing auspicious qualities, these four stages are depicted through the imagery of the Tiger, Snow Lion, Garuda, and Dragon.

During this four-day retreat, immersed in serene forests and soothing hot springs, we’ll journey through these energies step-by-step, balancing and nurturing our deepest mind. Discover a renewed sense of confidence, freedom, and vitality.
